JEWELRY WITHOUT INTERMEDIARIES

A true creation requires a compelling reason to exist.

Just as a week has seven days, only seven commissions for an original piece of jewelry are accepted each year.

Ideas and desires create the space in which a work can materialize through the hands of its creator.

Material is not value. It merely gives the work its physical form. Nobility, rarity, and price alone do not make an object a work of jewelry.

Luxury is not a property of materials. Marketing creates hunger; industry provides the means to satisfy it. Luxury becomes accessible — and begins to resemble fast food.

A form can be reproduced without sacrificing quality, but life cannot be breathed into it twice. Vitality cannot be reproduced.

A true work is created only once. Everything that follows may be its reflection, continuation, or replica. There is no second original.

Exclusivity is not what thousands possess and millions recognize. True exclusivity is always what no one has yet seen, discovered, or touched.

A work is not about style or form. It is about what leaves no one indifferent and offers no compromise. A true work of jewelry is always a phenomenon.

A piece of jewelry does not exist separately from the person. It acquires meaning through experience — when it is touched, worn, observed, and felt. It changes the way its wearer feels and relates to the world around them. And those around it are no longer indifferent.

Only the completeness of the whole can satisfy the inner longing.

A true piece of jewelry is never merely an object. Within it remain the idea, the intention, the hand, and a vitality that is difficult to describe, yet unmistakably felt.

A work demands to be seen. It must be impossible to stop admiring.
